Evolo Computer Safe

The Evolo is a computer safe for secure overnight laptop and PC storage in schools, offices and public buildings, in five configurations holding 10 or 20 machines. Every model is a 1800 mm tower, 500 mm deep, in widths from 420 to 810 mm, so a unit occupies little more floor space than a filing cabinet.

Charging and individual locking

The range separates on two choices. Charging models power the devices while they are locked away, so a class set is ready at the start of the day; models without charging are storage only. Individual locking gives each compartment its own door and lock, so a laptop can be issued to one named user rather than to the cabinet as a whole — useful where machines are personally assigned, or where several teams share one unit. The remaining choice is between feet and a base: feet lift the cabinet clear of the floor for cleaning, a base gives a flush plinth.

Where the Evolo fits in the range

The Evolo is a fixed, freestanding cabinet, and the only one of our laptop storage ranges that offers a separate lock per device. The Zeus laptop safe is a wider, shelved cabinet for bulk overnight storage without charging. The NoteCart Unifit and the Guardian computer cart are mobile charging trolleys for sets that move between classrooms.
