STL
The STL is a certified key cabinet for large key holdings, tested to EN 1143-1 Grade 1 and certified by ECB•S in Germany, holding 980 to 3,240 keys on pull-out racks. Three cabinet sizes run from 159 to 470 litres.
Certified Grade 1 key storage at scale
At these capacities a key cabinet is infrastructure: a car dealership, a fleet operator, a letting agency or a large site holds more value in its key rack than in most of what those keys individually open. The STL is independently tested for burglary resistance to EN 1143-1 rather than rated by the company that built it. What you can insure inside depends on your policy and your market, so confirm the sum with your insurer.
Choosing your STL
Capacity is quoted in keys, from 980 to 3,240. The largest two cabinets hold 2,560 and 3,240 keys in the same 470-litre body, so at the top of the range the choice is rack density rather than cabinet size. Cabinets stand 750 to 1,550 mm high on a constant 530 mm depth. Choose a key lock with two keys or an electronic code lock, and bolt the cabinet down to a floor or wall.
