Guardian Computer Cart

The Guardian is a computer cart that stores and charges 10 or 20 laptops at bench height, so a class set can be taken to the room that needs it. All four models stand 850 mm high and 500 mm deep, in widths of 575 to 800 mm — low enough to sit under a worktop, or to be used as a working surface when parked.

Locking and charging

Each cart charges the devices while they are locked inside, so a set is ready for the next session. Locking is by key, supplied with two keys, or by electronic code lock. A digital lock suits a cart passed between several members of staff during the day; a key lock suits one named keyholder. The lock secures the cabinet as a whole rather than each compartment.

Choosing between the Guardian and our other laptop storage

The Guardian is the lowest of our mobile units, which makes it easy to push under a bench and simple for younger pupils to load. The NoteCart Unifit is taller, at up to 1355 mm, and takes up to 32 devices. For fixed storage rather than a trolley, the Zeus laptop safe holds up to 48 laptops on movable shelves, and the Evolo computer safe gives each device its own locking compartment.
